“What a great stay! We needed some peace and quiet and Tanglewood absolutely fit the bill for us. The property is beautiful - the horses, chickens, bunny, and cats. We stayed in the Horse Hound suite and it was well appointed, extremely comfortable, clean and cozy. Great place to chill and relax. The farm is also a very short drive to downtown Southern Pines which has a great selection of shops and restaurants. “This is a beautiful, well appointed cottage home with an extremely attentive and responsive host. It is walkable to restaurants and shops and churches in downtown Southern Pines, and just a few blocks from a beautiful nature preserve and art center. It is an ideal spot to enjoy with your dog because both the back and front yards are fenced, and you can walk everywhere from it. It is steps away from Penick Village. All in all it is a great location, and a most comfortable home away from home.”
