Had no toilet paper at all. Tissue box was empty. Cobwebs prominent. Tap loose in bathroom. Generally dirty with stains everywhere. Shower was lovely. Nice towels etc. Would look elsewhere next time.

Quietly surprised. An old hotel but the rooms have been upgraded. new bathroom and furniture. Very nice for the price

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower was good and the water hot. The only thing I found confusing was that there was a toaster and two plates, but no knives. There were no bowls either. We had taken cereal to have for breakfast and had nothing to eat it in. If you want a cheap night's accommodation, it was fine.

Property is pretty basic which was expected but the property was not clean. On arrival, we found dirty dishes in the sink, stove top and microwave filthy (luckily no plans to prepare any meals there) and an old razor in the bathroom.

The property was fine and mostly happy with the accommodation, but The only problem I found was the bottom of the shower on the glass had only been wiped down over time. There was a film of grunge that needed to be scrubbed properly, not just wiped down. I scratched the bottom of the glass door, and it came off. Other than that, I was happy.

Old and shabby
A very old and shabby exterior. Stayed here as it was close to relatives. When i walked into the Room i was initially given, it was in disarray and hadnt been made up or cleaned for a new guest. The next room i was given, although clean, was poorly maintained. I would rate this a 2 1/2 star hotel. Positives were nice eating places nearby.

Half way house!
Horrible experience. Unkept rooms, paint peeling off walls and doors, big gaps in door and window that wind came through, sheet hammered into the window sill as a curtain, bed was filthy, other occupants partied until after 4am.. very loud music, talking, and banging against the walls and doors. I complained and got an “ok sorry” and a thumbs up. Was not happy at all. The other occupants and style of accommodation was more like a half way house. We did not feel safe in this hotel at all. Will never stay here again and definitely do not recommend it.

On arrival we were greeted by reception, casual and polite. We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the toilet and shower. My partner asked the fella at reception to look at the shower etc and he couldn't have been more helpful and apologised for the state of the bathroom, my cleaned with products provided. The bed was good but my biggest complaint is the rooms look nothing like the pics we seen online when making the booking. False advertising at it's worst.

Sticky remotes for air conditioners,remote had dead batteries Stains and ripped chairs Insufficient linen Bathroom door does not close No stopper for hot tub, could not be used Shower water pressure extremely low, unacceptable Blinds ruined, could not close properly for privacy Spacious unit, just not maintained. No dish cloth for dishes. Booking was for 3 adults, only two bath towels supplied.

Fridge wasn't cleaned out of previous tenants food, the toilet didn't flush fully, only the half flush... the shower head sprayed water out over the top of the showerhead wetting the entire bathroom with a mist spray

The milk was out of date, the exhaust fan in bsthroom was like a screaming jet taking off. The room needed a good clean and dusting as the light shades were dirty and dusty. Their garden and lawn area has not been mowef in a year or two
