Pros: THE CLEANINESS
Cons: NOTHING THUS FAR
Location: MADISON HGT, GREAT RESTAURANTS
VERY NICE AND CLEAN, GREAT STAFF ALL AROUND. GREAT EXPERIENCE WHEN WE STEPPED THROUGH THE DOOR UNTIL THE DAY WE LEFT.

Nice hotel

Good staff and Very helpful! the room was clean, however the washroom wasn’t that clean. Nice breakfast!

Should not be as expensive

Basically it is rated higher than what it should be. This should be a 2-2.5 star hotel like the quality inn or bay mont because that's what it's like. The bed was so disappointing totally not what I expected. I was looking for soft plush consume you firm but instead I heard springs when I set down. Breakfast was ok pool was ok too much chlorine. Some may say that's good keeping it clean but too much chlorine is too much, and my ears burning before I get into water is a bit much. The staff was cool though

A good place to stay.

It was a good stay. No problems. Everyone was friendly. The place was in good shape. I would describe our room as a large room that included a small sofa with a pull-out bed. I don't consider it a suite because there was neither a kitchen nor a separate sleeping room. But I'm not complaining because when I did book the room, I saw the pictures, which turned out to be accurate, so I knew what I was getting. Would anything have made the stay better? Yes! We went to the pool twice, both Saturday night and Sunday morning, there were no towels for us.
