The evening we attempted checked in (mind you it was 11 at night after being on the road all day) the district manager, Andrew Z, told us the system was down. We were not able to check in and he did not offer any alternatives for us. He basically said we can't check you in and there's nothing we can do for you. Very rude and annoying experience. However the Expedia staff was very helpful with making new accommodations

Stayed a few times before and enjoyed it. This time there was a discrepancy with our booking and the lobby member made sure to point out that it was our fault for dealing with a third party to book. I had the booking details on my email and they were correct. She was able to sort it out in a few minutes but again made sure to let us know how much of a big issue it was to deal with. There was construction due to renovation but it caused us no issue. I don't normally complain but we were taken aback by the attitude. There was construction going on but we had no issues with that at all. The room was clean but there was a wet patch on the carpet that my husband walked on which soaked his socks. The towels also had a foul smell although they looked washed. We didn't bother to complain since we had received such poor service at the check in. Unfortunately we will not be staying again. We also have enjoyed staying at the courtyard Marriott next door and will likely book there again next time or at another hotel nearby. The rest of the staff were very nice and friendly.
