Loud people in the hallways Loud talking outside. Power went out in hotel for about a half hour

Nice hotel convenient location for my job.

Pros: The staff is friendly except for one of the staff members who is very dry and has no personality at all.
Cons: Improve upon your staff members appearance and professionalism, and housekeeping should take more pride in their work.
Location: Restaurants, gas stations, shopping areas, and drugs stores.
I really enjoy staying here. The only complaint I have is the cleaning. The housekeeping department need to be more thorough in their cleaning. They need to wipe down the furniture not just make up the beds do more dusting and make sure their vacuuming the floors. But for the most part this is a nice location for me to get back and forth to work.

Nice hotel conveniently closer to travel to my job

Pros: Staff is friendly.
Cons: Cleaning the hallway rugs and in the rooms. There is spots in the rugs. Nasty.
Location: Restaurants, gas station. Nice location
The rooms can be clean thoroughly including underneath the sink and Toilet. The house keeping is terrible. Dusting is just as important and cleaning.

No kitchen dishes and lack of folky paper and towe

Lack of kitchen dishes.why have a kitchen and no dishes and the breakfast could have been better. Toilet paper was one roll at a time and had to keep going to get more also with towels same as toilet paper

Close access to highway and telegraph road

Pleasant frill free stay. Clean enough with friendly, knowledgeable staff person on site. Did not know no kitchenwarer or plastic ware would be available during stay. So bring can opener, dishes, cookware, etc

Nice hotel close to downtown.

My overall experience was good. The room had an unidentifiable odor when I first walked in but it was not terrible. Staff have me a deodorizer and it helped somewhat.

Not my kind of hotel, more of an apartment building with a reception desk. Prefer a hotel where you're welcomed as a guest.

Seven night stay at Extended

They didn't have all of the accomadations available. No hot water for two days. Not enough towels. Attendants not available at front desk. Some of the attendants not professional. Never got recliner fixed. Free breakfast cinsisted of muffins and coffee.

If there's another option, take it.

I arrive and there's no wifi. It happens, but it never got fixed! The employee's response was "it works in half the hotel". The pool was ice cold, so obviously no one wanted to be in it. Now there are a ton of kids in the hot tub, the water was filthy. The need for armed security is a turn off. Not to mention he was a bit overly aggressive with his posturing. There's no need to step up to the counter closer than the person checking me in.
