The best mini hotel EVER

Posted May 27, 2017 on Hotels
The room looks exactly like the pictures I saw online I love the easy access air condition and the material of the bed covers and sheets it was so nice to have a mini kitchen in the room which was perfect for eating out and storing left overs or even making breakfast in the morning. The hotel was so comfortable overall and it wasn't loud either and it was a lot of people staying there when we were there overall I would definently stay her again and I RECOMMEND everyone try this out

Where Do You Draw the Line!!!!!

Posted May 22, 2017 on Hotels
Wasn't very happy with this stay. Room had a stinch to it, whereas, I was about to cancel my reservation. This hotel know is for people to actually live there, not happy at all. I will be looking for another hotelthat offered check-in/check-out policies, not pay monthly to live here.

Not to pleasant

Posted May 14, 2017 on Hotels
The service was ok for the most part the biggest issue for me was the cleanliness of the establishment as well as my room when walking in the lobby floor was nasty and dirty, once in my room the bathroom tub had water sitting in it dust on top of the refrigerator and food was on the floors just made me very uncomfortable didn't want to put my stuff down but stayed only because it was to late to go anywhere else

Never again!

Posted May 7, 2017
Front desk staff sucks! I was told I could check in early since my flight landed at noon, which was a LIE! Had to end up booking another hotel room nearby for a few hrs to get ready for my event that I flew into Detroit for. Hotel claims to be a "smoke free" hotel but the entire place smelled like smoke. I my tub wouldn't drain. Room service never cleaned my room since I checked in for my 3 day stay. Room smelled like cigarettes which triggered my sons asthma. I asked for a room change, never got a response until a whole day later! And even then the new room smelled like marajuana! Just plain HORRIBLE!!!! Don't do it. Horrible experience for me and my son!

The hotel has the potential to be really nice. But it's the attention to detail that's being over looked. I don't believe my bathroom had been cleaned for I found used soap in the shower and then hair on the toilet. There was also some soap? marks throughout the kitchen and bathroom floors. Instead of making a fuss I just cleaned it myself with some lysol wipes. There was also papers and small bits of trash within the hallways. When I arrived at 7p the front doors were already locked. And then there was security driving the lot. Didn't seem like a "bad" part of town so this was kind of intimidating. I had a change of plans so didn't stay the night so I don't know about bed and quality of sleep. One other thing which didn't really affect me, but the elevator sounds like it's minutes from breaking down. And smelled like it was burning up. But other than that, if could be a real nice hotel.

An unexpected encounter

Posted Apr 20, 2017
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: Cleanness, staff attitude. Hotel facilities
Location: Not much, unless for business.
Attitude of staff is bad, non responsive, and maintenance is not available. Bed linen smells bad. Land line in my room is not working. Asked staff to make a paid call from reception desk and refused. Breakfast is just coffee and oat meal packets.
