Nice Stay

Pros: I like the comfortable atmosphere. Minimum noise and no unruly guests is always a plus.
Cons: Add parking lot security or police patrol periodically.
Location: There are a multitude of great restaurants and shopping close by. The theatre is less than 1/2 a mile away.
The Staff is friendly,courteous, eclectic and professional. It always feels like home away from home.

Hard bed, dirty room

Pros: The only new thing in the hotel room was the toilet. Small comfort.
Cons: Bulldozer and start over.
Location: Area surrounding was nice but everything was under construction.
Horrible, horrible, horrible. I will never stay at another one of these hotels. Bed was hard, room was dirty, wash cloths were like sand paper. I asked for additional wash cloths and was told I had to turn in to the front desk the old dirty ones for new ones. "Breakfast" was a joke. I stayed four nights and two mornings there was no coffee and when I told the front desk they rolled their eyes and said, "it's going to be a while until I make more". Vending machines prices were outrageous. Small mystery stains on the carpet next to the bed...gross. Hair on the comforter. The hotel had a weird smell but at least it wasn't smoke. Some resident decided to cook fish one night and the whole place smelled like nasty fish.

Won't visit this location again

The employees were GREAT. The condition of the room was poor, it reeked of smoke, loud guests down the hall, people standing around in the parking lot for extended periods of time, stairways were dirty.

Have To Do Better

The BED!!! MAAAAN Slept Sooo Good the actual BEST thing about my stay.. BUT.... SMH Very Bad Guest Service...NO ONE answered the phone at front desk when calling from my room and as I called from cell after approx 10calls combined of both, I went out to front desk and NO ONE WAS THERE... VERY BAD BUSINESS How are you to Service guest if no one is there??!!!
