Close to business hotel

Pros: It was close to where I needed to be. Not much else.
Cons: Facilities, Staff, especially diversity and friendliness, and price. This could be an elegant hotel, but it is not.
Hotel undergoing renovation. No adequate bar or food service. Rates should have reflected this. Check in at a card table in lobby by generally slow and unfriendly staff. Security system in elevator not working. The hotel staff was not ethnically diverse at all.

Great hotel. Everything you need is on site. The staff is very friendly. Spacious and clean rooms.

Great place to stay, comfy beds.

The whole hotel area is beautiful and clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Only one small problem, I paid to have the breakfast buffet included but I wasn’t given any ticket or anything to show that I paid in advance, so I paid for breakfast twice. Still no big deal about that. I was very happy with my stay there.

Older hotel, decent condition.

Pros: Location and price
Cons: Staff attitude
The staff gets a 3 of 5 due to a bit of an attitude from the room service guy, valet and lady a checkout. Not terrible, but given their job, unacceptable. Clean and quiet when we stayed. Good location near several freeways. I would stay again as it was a good value.

Nice hotel. Close to many location (Detroit, Royal oak, Birmingham), staff are friendly and the room was spacious and clean.

Great overnight getaway for a couple

Great hotel, and would stay here again. Only 20 minutes to downtown Detroit, and is close to the Detroit Zoo. all in all, the room was great. There was some damage to the veneer on the dresser/tv stand/desk unit, but only cosmetic. Given the size of the unit, doesn't make sense to replace the whole thing just for a broken off piece of veneer. Room was great, bathroom was modern and clean.

Excellent Staff

Staff was excellent. Kind and friendly. Responsive when I decided to change rooms. Very knowledgeable and helpful even in the late hours of the night.

Staff was very helpful, gym was well equiped for its size. Overall very clean and comfortable.
