Disappointed

First room, I was given had horrible carpet burns (in a non smoking room), I was transferred to a different room and that room had water stains on the ceiling and mold in the shower. I had to call down and remind the staff to move my snacks (I paid extra for a premium room) and they were not replenished durning housekeeping. This hotel was a huge disappointment. I expected more from the brand, for the price and location.

Very great stay! Location is in a nice area right next to popular shopping mall outlets such as Louis Vutton, Apple, & more. Nice breakfast bar where you eat much as you like and ceiling fans throughout lobby n room. Enjoy lake view with premier room.

Have stayed here many times and thought it was a pretty good hotel but this stay was quite disappointing. The breakfast was awful No coffee, no cups, food poorly set up.

Excellent location to shopping entertainment

We stayed in a suite with two queen beds and a king bed. Room was nice but needs to be updated.

Nice hotel in a great area

The hotel itself was really nice, however, from the time I first engaged the staff by phone they weren’t very friendly or helpful. I never felt like a guest, more of a problem. Even when I stepped into the breakfast area early, they snapped at me instead of kindly saying they weren’t ready yet. I didn’t feel welcome at all. This is sad because I really do like this hotel. I wish the employees were more engaged in delighting their guests.

Very spacious suitre.

Location: It’s in the middle of an upscale shopping center with good restaurant selections
It seemed more like a small apartment than a hotel room. Bedroom could be shut off for privacy. Good choice of pages and utensils in kitchen.

The service was excellent! There’s even complimentary coffee service 24/7 and the location cannot be beat. However, the condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The bathroom shower door no longer fit in the frame, the room stunk of stale smoke so much that when I got home, all my clothes that were still packed in my suitcase smelled like cigarette amoke, and I woke up on the second morning to a catatonic cockroach on the bathroom floor. There was also hair remaining on my “clean” bath towels.
