Very clean! Very accommodating!

We showed up a day early, for one extra night, it was no problem & cheaper than the 3 nights we had booked. 1 odd thin, the first morning it appeared the meat served, looked like breaded chicken patties???? Not certain... The rest of the week was normal. Housekeeping was impeccable, clean towels all 4 days 😄

Excellent customer service

Thank you to Vicki who worked during breakfast. She made sure to ask us if we needed anything each day she worked while we were there. My mother is 85 and needs help with most things. Vicki went the extra mile to ensure she was taken care of so I could get my own meal! Vicki's smile was heartwarming each morning. Made a great start for the day! We met a young family while we were there who had just moved into the area. All I knew was their first names, their children's names and a little bit about their situation. I purchased a gift card to a local restaurant to give to them but realized I didn't know their last names. I didn't catch the girl's name at the reception desk around 1 pm on Tuesday, June 27th, but she was so helpful! She spent some time trying to figure out who I was trying to leave the gift card for . . . I assume the husband's name was a nickname and the reservation was in his name. But, this young women at the desk took the extra time to listen to all the facts i knew and was able to determine the family and room number needed. She assured me she would personally be sure they got the gift! What a blessing! This is the 3rd time in a year that I've stayed here. Always great customer service!

Clean quiet and comfy.

Hotel was easy to find. Located close enough to the beach. Staff was wonderful. Rooms were clean quiet and comfortable. What else can one ask for?

Needs a face lift

Ok for the price. Rooms need remodeling. Air conditioner and bathroom fan very noisy.

Paper thin walls

Loud. Walls must be thin as I heard people in the hallway late at night and through the wall to the room next to me
