“Room 207 beautiful view of the fountains. Really comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. Fridge in the room ready to fill with your own drinks. Valet parking. Excellent staff so welcoming. The bar in the hotel is well worth a visit. Beautifully decorated, relaxing and drinks choice including cocktails. Location is excellent, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We chose the room only option but would recommend bed breakfast and evening meal. We had a lovely stay.”

“The hotel had a certain ambience to it - with the staff making it a great experience! Thank you to Claudia, Amy, Carol, Carter and others for their kind and warm help. They all took great care to make our stay wonderful. The food at the restaurant is very good. We ate breakfast there daily and had dinner there twice. The bedroom is decorated nicely - with the exception of the ill-fitting lamp shades. A minor thing but easily fixable. I would suggest adding some decorative pulls for hanging coats……

“Cliff was very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Space for parking on site was a real bonus in such a central location. The room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had vegetarian options. The food was red hot on arrival which is a lovely treat compared to larger hotels with buffet style breakfasts. We will certainly go back if we visit Southport again. ”
