We recommend the owners do the following before considering letting it again:- attend to mould issues (bedroom wall, kitchen)- clear up and ensure safety of outside space (clean up cigarette stubs, remove dangerous wood and rubble)- provide a blind or curtain in the bathroom for privacy- ensure kitchen is better presented and equipped (replace missing cupboard doors, provide microwave)- ensure cleanliness...

I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Southport. Parking would possibly be a little tight if all the spaces were in use and your vehicle was large.
