Affordable hotel not far from historic district

This comfort inn was affordable and comfortable for the price. The tub in our room had jets, which I was very excited about. However, after I filled the tub I realized the jets were broken. Pretty disappointed. The rest of the hotel was decent and clean for the price.

Staff was excellent

The hotel is fine, no five star but clean with comfy beds. The staff however went above and beyond. Super friendly and helpful. Joseph at the front desk went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of.

Easy to find location, conveniently located on main artery between the Interstate and Downtown. Excellent breakfast, prepared fresh, very friendly staff.

Would return

Check was efficient but not overly friendly, room was fine except for a beer cap in plain sight on the floor, and the buffet closed at 9 on the weekends and even it seemed earlier. By 8:55 at the buffet a lot of items gone and not restocked. Overall just what would be expected at a Comfort Inn.

Clean hotel

Hotel fine once you check-in. Otherwise frustratin

Extremely disappoint with my check-in. Clerk argued with me about my reservation. Wouldn’t give me an opportunity to verify the info I had from hotels.com. Very frustrating. Affected my feeling about the hotel in its entirety.
