Noise is an issue

This was the second time that we stayed at this hotel, and noise was an issue during both of our stays. The first time, in February, we had to move to another room due to a party taking place in the room above us. The guests in that room, which was a hospitality suite, were asked to quiet down, but they did not. On our second recent stay there were multiple events taking place, one being a prom. We were on the 7th floor but were still awakened twice due to the band playing. I now understand that this location is a convention hotel and events are scheduled regularly, therefore, we will not stay at this hotel in the future. Otherwise, we like the hotel. The location is perfect for us and the hotel is clean and well maintained.

Very slow check in and then given wrong room! Gave us a one bed when reservation was for 2 bed. Then put a $30 charge on card for incidents. We didn't have any incidental fees. Will take a couple days to get removed !!!!! Staff was rude!!! Will not stay again.

Loud guests kept us awake all night. Staff didn't address the noise, even after several calls. At checkout, thevdesk attendant said she would give us HiltonHonors points, but we still have not received them.

Very surprised to find our room with a strong smell of tobacco smoke and very heavy in the bathroom. I'm surprised house keeping or some one doesn't inspects rooms before booking it. My son has allergies and had a bad break out. We were their for a soccer tourney and the receptions at check in time said were completely booked and no more rooms available. Basically she was telling take it or leave it, terrible customer service.
