Pleasant stay, no problems. Dog stayed free. Be aware you are in Richmond proper, not on bypass.

The front desk staffer was an excellent source of help and took the time to give me needed directions as well as directions to eating places. My room was clean and warm when I arrived, being the temperature outside was extremely cold.

Room welcomed us with a very unpleasant odor and large, thick spiders. Stains on floor, which were noticible after we found lights that actually turned on. Middle of the night someone else's keycard opened room door and they tried to get in past the dead bolt.

Room was dirty. Floors filthy. Lamp shades broke and torn. Beds squeaked amd my bed frame was broken. Microwave didn't work. Room smelled like pet urine.
