Frankly I would like a refund I was in room 116 and had to have staff open my door every time I entered because it was jammed. There was black mold ( which I’m pretty sure is illegal to have me stay in) covering the whole bathroom ceiling. So I didn’t dare use the restroom or shower so I am traveling I showered today. The beds described as queens were full size so sharing a full size with my brother was awkward. Also you can feel the springs in the bed. Old and gross. I travel monthly and this is the worst place I have ever stayed. And I’m. It a picky person when it comes to under $100 hotels for one evening. This was unacceptable.

The staff is very rude and many items do not work.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet.. But the heater controls were wonky and the bath water temp was backwards. One of the main exits was not accessible, presenting a potential fire hazard. The TV remote control was missing and the overall appearance was.. not horrible but not so great.. The front desk guy was not so great either. I did not appreciate being chastised for not letting them know immediately, that there was no remote for the TV. I checked in, dropped my bag and went to dinner. I came back and discovered no remote. Called the front desk guy and he moved me to a different room rather than just bring me a remote... and in the process suggested how I could have handled the situation better. LOL What a joke. I do not recommend this place and I will not stay there again.

I like the balcony especially when it got too hot in the room, also the key kept not working which was kinda annoying but the people were really nice and worked with us.

The front desk worker was not friendly. I wanted to buy a stamp and she just responded that she didn’t have them. No recommendations of where else near had them. Also one morning there was no creamer for coffee and I asked about it. The answer was just no don’t have it.

This hotel definitely needs an update. The carpets were sticky the beds were hard. The property is falling apart. They gave us an un-cleaned room. Made us figure out what was going on. Dead birds by pool. furniture falling apart. I can't believe I paid as much as I did for a hotel in that shape.
