Great get away from home!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here with my family and they were quite pleased with room selection also. Beds were extremely comfortable and was able to use gym on daily basis and the breakfast was incredible. The staff was very courteous and nice and attended to our every need!

Nice

The hotel wasn’t bad. The restaurant was really good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only downfall to this hotel was the pool. It was ok, water was a bit foggy and the hot tube had bugs in it. I got bit by a fire ant.

Not what you think it should be

I had roaches in my room. They moved me to another room and comp'ed me $50. Second room reeked of cigarette smoke. No sauna as advertised. Save your money.

Needs Remodeling

Hotel was dated, ac barely worked, carpet is old and room smelled...very noisy next to interstate. The breakfast buffet was excellent, many choices...the pool was nice, inside and kids enjoyed swimming

Lacking the simple things

The only soda available was through a vending machine, no hotel market. Then one vending machine dispensed & over charged on an expired Diet Coke (6 months expired) and cost me double for a can of root beer. Got a refund from front desk then they sent me to the other vending machine on the 3rd floor and it didn’t take cash, only card. Well I’m sure not swiping my card on a “vending machine”, heck no!!!! Can you imagine the potential for fraud of your card?!

Nice room. Beds are slightly firmer than I like but it was very clean. Large pillows are great. Hotel food was delicious.

The hotel is very outdated

This hotel must have been really nice in 70’s but it is totally outdated by current standards. The rooms are clean but the overall impression is rather mediocre. Not what one would expect from Crown Plaza...

All was great til fire alarms went off in room so need to say we didnt get any sleep.
