There was someone very intimidating just standing in the lobby next to the check in area. There was also a couple who came to the front desk to cancel their booking before staying there or even checking into their room. They said they smelled marajuana in the elevator and didn’t want to stay there. Room was clean enough, but definitely wouldn’t stay here again

The staff were all friendly! There was a dog across the hall from us that barked all the time. The room next to us kept either playing loud music or had their TV on loud in the middle of the night. The hallway was not vacuumed the whole time we were there. There was still food in the refrigerator from the people that stayed before us. The TV kept going out and the channel selection was horrible.

Property was not up to par. The hallways smelled the elevator smelled, the room was was very outdated. The furniture was beat up and old the microwave was dirty, the bathroom was very bad looking the toilet you had to flush it twice and the shower when you opened it made a loud noise thought it was going to blow up. The breakfast was muffins coffee and granola bars. They need an upgrade bad the pictures online and in person was way two different things it was horrible.

1. They don’t do the free breakfast which is still stated on their website - that needs to be updated 2. Pet friendly which was a plus for me 3. Cards easily get de-magnetized. I had to go about 4xs a day to get a new card

We checked in and 5 minutes after getting into our room we heard screaming and yelling next door. At first, we dismissed it thinking maybe kids were playing. An hour later, the yelling and screaming was in the hallway. Ended up having to call the lobby and they moved us to a different room. Then the cops showed up to find out what was causing the fight in the room and hallway.

I stayed here with my husband and 2 kids. For it being right next to the highway we heard absolutely nothing from our rooms. Our room was very clean. The hallway smelt weird i think from people cooking in their rooms but thats to be expected. The staff was very friendly. We felt very safe here. We had a great experience.
