The location is nice but that is it

No hair dryer, it didn’t look very clean. the location is nice but the hotel overall I would not recommend to others. They take way to long to check you in.

In general the staff is good, when you arrive the room is clean as well as the bathroom. But the room has a weird smell and housekeeping never came to check our room or bathroom daily for replacing the papertowel. The hotrl has a good location.

Waited nearly 10 min for the attendant to arrive along with the other guests behind me. When I entered my room it smelt like vomit so much that I walked straight out and dove three hours home at 9pm.

Not the best place for the price

Pros: I choose that hotel for the location.
Cons: Staff! train them or hired nicer people with costumer service orientation. Do something with that smell!!!! is unbearable!! wash the carpets/curtains
Location: great location
I choose that hotel for the location. The carpet was Stain red(disgusting). The room smelly and not well cleaned. Very noisy hotel, people outside drinking 2 of the 5 nights that i stay.(nobody in reception to complain). Plus they over charge me for an extra night without authorization. thank God that i check my credit card frequently. The hotel Staff was 9/10 very unhelpful even rude sometimes. The manager is super nice but he is not in the floor when the staff do not do their jobs. Road motels are way better than this extended stay. i wish i haven't paid the whole week. i would definitely not stay again in that UGLY place.

Staff is very friendly and super helpful. Not a easy time during the storm but we had a blessed stay at this hotel

Location: We just stayed their close to Texas childrens hospital had to be their at 6 did not get to look around
Nice and clean the room was cool when we got their bed was not to hard or soft just right

Not to bad

The hotel was fine except one staff member at check in that would not take the time to stop chewing her gum long enough to answer a couple of questions. It was very annoying not to be able to understand her with the candy in her mouth, so i just told her to forget about it and went to my room. Other than this the hotel was nice and the lady at check out was very sweet.

Room not ready at check in

When I checked in at the hotel, I opened the door to the room to which I'd been assigned, and it had not been cleaned after the prior occupant's stay. Bed sheets were a mess, trash on the floor and counters, towels on the floor. I was given another room that had been cleaned and prepared... but be ready for surprises. The room where I stayed had no hot water coming from the bathroom faucet. Otherwise, the hotel was adequate.
