Pros: Staff was amazing. The gentleman that checked us in was so nice. The bartender was excellent and poured us generous drinks.
Cons: The parking garage is not a good layout. Needs to be reviewed and some of the curbing changed for larger vehicles (we were in a van)
Location: We are Rice alums and meet with friends near there. Great launching place for meet ups.
Even though the hotel was being refurbished, there was no impact on the staff and services we used. Everything was great

Arrived on a friday..... wanted to work out gym was unavailable went then to go to pool\spa it was closed also ran 1.6 miles to a friends hotel to work out returned to hotel was given a notice at my door that water would be shut off soon 5 min later stepped into shower water was already off needless to say bluuuuughgghghghghg yuk!

The staff was great. The location was great for going to a meeting at Houston Methodist. Construction was still on going. We were on the 19th floor, out room was very recently remodeled (we may have been the first in that room), the rooms directly next to us and across from us we're still gutted and being worked on. There was no construction noise when we arrive around 4:00pm until the next morning around 9:00am. Then it was quite loud but only because it was in the room next door. But we were already up and heading out by then so it wasn't really an issue for us.

Pros: Staff good. Made good use of their complimentary shuttle service that got us to and from our venues. Food good in dining but very pricey.
Cons: Under renovation but they need to improve showers and toilets.
Location: Museum District. Close to major museums Fine Arts , Holocaust and Zoo. Very close to medical centre so great if you're undergoing any treatments
It was a pleasant stay. Unfortunately under renovation so some of the amenities were unavailable. They did offer use of gym facilities in the neighborhood but that's inconvenient. Not exactly quiet as any talking in an adjoining room could be heard. Toilets and Showers leave room for improvement and we stayed in a renovated room.

please don;t book customers in here during construction. This place stinks of sewer smell - was given a febreeze spray can to get rid of odor. Front desk staff was very helpful - wait staff at the restaurant were obnoxious and rude never was treated as dirt - me an my 16 year old were disgusted with the guys behaviour

The hotel is located in the medical district of Houston, which made it extremely convenient for me to take my husband to his medical appointment and to the hospital. I could walk to St. Luke's Hospital from the Hilton Houston in about one two minutes. This hotel is quite lovely. The room was spacious and clean, it smelled fresh, the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower was hot, the wait staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious (capers and salmon!) and my stay there was exceptional. I hope I don't have to go to the medical district again, but if I do, I will stay at the Hilton Houston.

We loved it! The room was freshly redone and gorgeous!!! The staff were 5 star!!! Loved everything about it! This will be our new go to hotel in Houston!

Hotel is undergoing renovation and needs a lot of help. Our room air conditioner wouldn’t work even after two people had been up to work in it. I finally requested we got a new room and had to move at 11:30 pm. Hotel staff rec’d Subway when we asked about a place to have lunch. There were several very nice places close by that we found later. The shuttle driver was the best employee we found!
