Dear Mr. Snehal,regarding your stay with us, I just want to underline that you have chosen the solution apartment that doesn't have daily cleaning and breakfast included. At our property there is a laundromat that you can use or you have the chance to ask for new towels as extra service.Moreover inside the apartment there is a big note in the kitchen area that remind all guests about which facilities are included and which not.

Dear Sir/Madam I am very sorry that your stay with us has been so frustrated for you. It’s hard for me to build a reply as you have written the review as anonymous and you have to pardon me... it’s like throwing a stone and than hidden the hand! Regarding the Station, in Siena there is no central Station but just a small Station that is 800 mt far from our property. There are no fast trains arriving in Siena and trains are not coming from where we are located but from north. Close to our property down the hill there is a deposit where small and local train arrive to be cleaned ( max one a day) and usually with no noise. The noise you mentioned should be something extraordinary but we really don’t understand when as we haven’t had your same perception in the last days. Regarding the room not cleaned, sorry but I think we should have more information regarding who you are and in which room or apartment you stayed. Probably the misunderstanding it refers to the fact that who choose the apartment solution has no daily cleaning as it’s a self catering solution. Guests can have the housekeeper daily with few Euros more. As we haven’t had anyone coming at Reception after arrival saying that the room/apartment was not cleaned, this let me supposed that the question regards apartment daily cleaning. Who told you that the WIFI is from the municipality? This is absurd! The company we use for WIFI is a private one and this a private service and our wifi can be used in some areas of Siena centre using same password. The fact that you have had problems to connect doesn’t mean that it doesn’t work or that we don’t have our private wifi. Probably it could have been a good idea to come to Reception and ask for help. This is the way to solve problems if there are and have nice experience.
