Weekend break for Karate Tournament

Pros: It was quiet and clean. Plenty of parking.
Cons: Lighting in room not bright enough.
Location: We were only there for the weekend and was occupied at a Karate tournament in Verviers on the sunday so didn't get to see much in the surrounding are
There were seven of us including 3 boys and their mums. The hotel was great really quiet, beautiful surroundings, staff were friendly. there was a children's play area outside and a pool table in the bar which kept them amused. Food was nice but a bit expensive if staying for more that a weekend, although breakfast was included. Would come again.

Great staff , traditional hotel

Very professional bar and reception staff. Comfortable room with a bath. A little scuffed paint and doors marks the room down, but otherwise an excellent hotel

Wish they spoke English.

Pros: Decent bedroom.
Cons: Staff who speak English.
Location: Not a lot, taxi transfers into town expensive.
Few of the staff spoke English and it was difficult to get what you wanted properly. Breakfast signage was in French.

Staff brilliant at reception, however restaurant staff need to think about the customer experience. Standard rooms tired but suite (we asked for an upgrade) better

Ideally located for the circuit just out of town

The Hotel is placed ideally for the town of Spa, up in the picturesque hills. Our room was on the ground floor with an opening patio door and little terrace which was lovely to sit out on, in the evenings. Breakfast was of a very good standard and lots of choice, including omelettes, eggs etc. cooked to order. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. To top it off areas of the hotel have a motorsport theme which added to the general feel.

Avoid with younger children - Perfrect for couples

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and children. It is a nice hotel, and normally we love staying at the Radisson hotels, however we did run into an issue with this specific hotel. I booked this hotel so that my wife and children could enjoy the swimming pool while I was doing a cycling event. When my wife tried to use the pool with our children she was told that children can only swim in the pool between 6-9am and 7-11pm (not exactly child friendly hours). She was then told this is because this hotel is a wellness spa and most of the guests are adults, and this information was posted on their website (FYI...I looked, and still can't find it). Needless to say, not very happy about this, and for this price I feel my family should have access to the pool all day. I completely understand that this is a spa, and would have been fine if before booking I knew this was not a children friendly hotel. I just would not have chosen it. So if you are traveling with younger children I would avoid this hotel. If you are traveling by yourself, or with your wife this hotel will be very nice for you.

Average hotel which does what it says on the box

The hotel is ok, it is located outside of the town and has a large wellness centre available to guests (we did not use so cannot comment on the actual facilities). It feels a bit soulless. The rooms are comfortable, nothing special although a nice bathroom with separate waterfall shower and bath. Nice bathroom amenties, This Works products. Breakfast as fine, a good selection. Staff were fine, friendly but nothing wow. Two night stay and no complaints, just not sure I would return. Not because anything went wrong, I just prefer small boutique hotels. We stayed at this hotel as a friend organised the trip. Convenient for Spa Francorochamp track. A bit of a pain to get a taxi (€10) to the town for dinner. There is a Radisson in the town centre.
