Excellent Hotel right in the Heart of SPA

Pros: Location
Cons: Availability of Postcards & Stamps in the Hotel.
We stay for 3 nights at the Hotel and were very impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff. The Breakfast served caters for every taste and the meals at Lunch and Dinner are of high quality and taste. We highly recommend a stay. If you want to send postcards from SPA you must go to the Tourism Office as we could find any in the shops or the Hotel.

Hotel in the town

Pros: We liked everything about it. It was also nice to have free parking in front of the hotel.
Cons: I don't think it needs improving
Location: The crazy golf was great. The Spa if we had had more time. The finicular, Gardens, Walks into the woods. Restaurants and bars near by.
We were travelling to Germany and Spa was a half way stop. We wanted to be close to the town centre and we were. The hotel was excellent. The breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was very good. We wanted to go to the thermal baths but they were a little expensive for the two of us as this was a short stop. We did go up to the brasserie. It was a perfect place to have a snack, drink and a relax. As we came into Spa we were delighted to see the parade of sports cars. It was a great experience. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. Would use the hotel again.

Very good value in centre of town

Excellent stay. Comfortable and spacious room at a reasonable rate. Outside restaurant overlooking town square. Only hotel with funicular access to Therme. Free parking in square. All very easy. Highly recommend.

Conformable stay and hotel staff were very helpful. The Spa Rally was on the weekend that I was not aware but hotel offered a front facing room to watch the starting cars and confirmed it would not be disturbed, they were right, good night sleep

Nice comfortable hotel

Pros: Very clean and comfortable room, spacious too. Fabulous choice for breakfast.
Cons: bar staff bit slow and inattentive
Location: central location in Spa within walking distance of shops, restaurants etc
Very relaxing, quiet and elegant hotel in Spa, Can't comment on the spa as didn't have time to use.

Good breakfast. I paid for Junior Suite but they only had 2 beds in standard rooms, but they did not reduce the price.

Took a long time to check in due to training of staff, not a great time to do it after the F1 race. Car parking was a nightmare couldn't make it into the underground facilities. No info about breakfast. Good restaurant next door though.
