Nice hotel, close to everything.

Cons: Staff should be sure the towels are stocked at the pool. It would be nice to have some tables set up in the grassy area of the courtyard.
Wow! We got so much more than what we paid for. Such a good experience. Service like a 5 star hotel. Very personable, friendly staff, from housekeeping & maintenance, to the administration. Well appointed rooms. Close to everything. You can walk to stores, shopping centers and restaurants.

More than expected!

Pros: Location, cleanliness
Cons: My only disappointment was the coffee. I'm a coffee snob, and had to go to Starbucks across the street.
Location: Right down the street from Ron Jon surf shop. Close to a lot of restaurants.
I would definitely stay here again. This hotel is a bargain. Clean comfortable rooms. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was made to order. It has older motel style buildings, but has been kept up well. Flat screen TV's with plenty of choices. Clean bathroom with good linens.

Surprisingly Great.

Pros: Inexpensive.
Cons: Newer furniture and carpet. Although all was clean.
Location: The location was perfectly located near to a half dozen restaurants and shopping stores in walking distance.
I do not usually stay at EconoLodges but the location of this hotel was convenient to the location of a Business Meeting I had scheduled in the Merritt Island area. Basically, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly. The property grounds were clean and visibly safe. I did not have breakfast but the dining facility appeared to be clean. What more do you want from a hotel? The Bed was clean and reasonably comfortable. My stay was great for the value.

Close to Kennedy Space Center

Cons: The facilities need to upgrade.

The facilities in the room are very old and the room is too simple. When We move into it, we found that the toilet flushiing is blocked. But after reporting, it is solved soon.
