The staff were incredible...Helpful, polite & professional. The hotel felt relatively safe & clean too. Rooms were nice. You did need to be really carful about your hotel room door as it didn't shut on its own & had to be pulled hard to close (our room & 2 others). Pool area was adequate but did need a bit of love. I would go back - located in an area near a lot!

Overall, it was an okay stay for a one night before heading onto the cruise ship the following day. In my opinion not worth over the 300 range for a night. The lobby and store area were nice and the exterior is very cool. However, going up to the rooms the access doors to the hallways leading to the rooms looked like they had been kicked in, the hallways smelled like heavy smoke and weed. Tried to eat in the bar/restaurant inside the hotel and despite the wait staff seeing my family waiting at the kiosk for more than 15 minutes, no one came to greet or seat our party, and there was maybe 5 patrons total in the bar and restaurant so it wasn’t during a dinner rush or busy.

It was discuting. The room was dirty, I have pictures. Shower curtain not clean (not stained, dirty, never washed). Shower wall full of previous people residue, floor sticky and full of crumbs, pizza sauce on our comforter. They did not clean the room during our stay. Something like a booger in the washroom miror. At the restaurant, kids grilled cheese not cooked at all, we had chips and salsa, it was old chips and there was a thing you use to attach a bread bag in the chips… staff look like they are all on drugs… really bad experience and it is very expensive for what we just went through….

Within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The restaurant adjacent to the lobby was convenient and had excellent food. The surf shop surprised me by having high quality merchandise at reasonable prices.

My sister and I traveling alone. We’re staying at this property for one night before a cruise. We had a terrifying experience, we were in our room with a do not disturb sign on our door, as we were about to leave, a gentlemen pushed the door open, when confronted, wouldn’t tell me who he was and what his reason for being there is, other then him stating “your on our list.” We asked what list and he ran off. My sister and I took a moment and went outside came back and told the front desk about our experience. I asked the gentlemen at the desk did you send someone to our room for any reason and he stated he did NOT. So we left to run errands and returned about 20 minutes later still shaken up. When we arrived back at the hotel, we canceled the shuttle reliezing the person who tried to enter our room was the driver of the shuttle. So we quickly went to our room to pack and leave bc we were scare and uncomfortable. As we entered our room ( still hanging outside is the do not disturb sign. ) I noticed a piece of paper with the shuttle details on it and a room key sitting on top. At this point I am now clearly terrified bc someone has not only entered my space once but twice after the front desk said no one went in our room. I packed as fast as I could and stated my urgencies to the front desk. I am mortified, scared and honestly will never stay there or at any of your properties again. I would like someone to reach out and speak with me on this issue

The room was nice however stranngly enough the rooms do not have heat. While i do live in Florida and have heat in my own house for those days when it actually does drop down to the 40s and 50s this hotel did not. I walked into my room with the thermostat set to 62 degrees. While most will say that's great, this particular day the high was 72 and low in the 50s. It was uncomfortable cold in thy room. They did supply blankets but the room still has a chill in the air. Room was clean albeit older.

The property was in a great location. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The only negative I’ve have is do not get a room next to the door for the main hallway off the elevator. From our room, you could hear the door every time it open and shut. With it being new years, unfortunately the traffic through that area was all night long.

It was a nice hotel although they had a large shopping mall in it and only tiny bar / eat area. It felt like staying at a store vs a hotel. The hotel was very expensive to stay at and although big rooms it didn’t feel like a hotel and I’m glad it was just for a night.

Great deal
First off, there was conditioner in the washroom which is ALWAYS a win. The fee was great considering we were 6 people and the room was spacious. The staff were nice and the view was too. Close to the car rentals that all have shuttles to cruises so it’s honestly one of the better deals if you’re early for a cruise and need a 1 night’s stay.

Easy assess to food shopping beach. Great for a couple days. You can tell it’s pet friendly. Seems they use a lot of cleaning product on pet stains (scent hit us in the halls) and not enough elbow grease (you can see stains)

Very nice hotel. Didn’t know they charge 10 per day for parking. Kinda of silly since I was paying $400.00per night to stay there.
