I didnt like the floor in my room was sticky. So I couldnt walk barefoot. My room was next too a room that didnt have a lock on it. Which I felt like I was in the movie "Shining" also they had free coffee which was good to get before you go to dennys next door. I just didnt like that a guy made four to go coffees and took all the creamer and I told the front desk and apparently the manager had the key so no one else but the manager could restock the creamer. The parking lot was clean, the check in process was easy as well. I would recommend to take a picture with their astronaut statue. I enjoyed the view which I could see straight to the pool. But I would say my stay at this location was pretty average.

It sounds like your stay had some positives and some areas that could use improvement. The clean parking lot, easy check-in process, and enjoyable view are definitely highlights. However, issues like the sticky floor, lack of locks on neighboring rooms, and limited access to creamer could detract from the overall experience. The price was great but the floors and bath tubs continue to be dirty, especially the carpeted rooms. Carpets very old and I mean old. They had not been shampooed in a very long time. Don’t walk barefoot on carpet unless you want really dirty feet. Always standing water in tub throughout shower. These were the same problems I faced the two times I used this motel. But was in big hurry and price was right. Price great,clean not do good

Your room was not on the housekeeping list during your stay, so no one entered your room. For housekeeping to enter a room it has to be requested the day before, and since you never requested it, it was never on their list. So therefore, no one entered your room. The staff was attentive and helpful. The place was no-frills, but the rates were reasonable. There were some maintenance issues, but they were dealt with by staff. I would stay there again.

Staff wax not real friendly. Keys to the room didn’t work. No remote control for the tv in the room. Ice machines don’t work. Outdoor doors don’t work with the room key. Bathroom ceiling is moldy. Needs an overhaul!

They said that they had a hot tub a pool ice machine and a washer and dryer washer clothes I got there just to be informed that everything was closed and then there was no breakfast they left out the part where there was a free breakfast there was just Denny's breakfast next door that you had to pay for You're supposed to update everything that you have in your facility and they had nothing All it was was your bedroom at least the bedroom smelled nice but you get what you pay for

There was an odd smell down the hall to the room. The lobby area was not appealing. The coffee was not good. There was a man in the lobby complaining about his security deposit, and a police officer had to be called. Another similar situation occurred as we were checking out. This hotel seems unsafe, and the clientele contributed to this feeling. Even though we booked 2 rooms for 9 total people we only were given 2 towels per room. And we had to beg for more towels and it took very long to get them. We also had to ask several times for a rollaway bed. The staff was nice. But I will not stay here again.

Listen, for budget travel and the price this place is great. It’s not 5 star but you’re not paying 5 star money. It’s across the street from beef o Brady’s, attached to dennys n Starbucks. Everyone was nice, yes it’s dated n smells a little moldy in the hall but for budget travel this place was great. It’s close to a Walmart n several bay front restaurants. About 20 mins driving to the beach. I will def stay again for my next cruise!

As we arrived at the property, we were surprised that the property was no longer affiliated with the Ramada group. The Lobby din not offer a coffee, then the room had no coffee machine. and the Ice machine did not work. What was more upsetting was that Expedia did not inform us that the hotel no longer was part of the Ramada or kept the Ramada Standards.

We drove in driveway and took a look at the sign missing and building looks like it is a banded. Drove around and window broken drapes half hanging and nothing been mowed and no other cars in parking lot. Did not go in! Went somewhere else!

My room was so dirty. Hair from the previous occupants were left, food crumbs left on the floor. Walls are caked up with dirt. Bathtub is clogged. I initially booked because it seemed like it was the closest hotel in proximity to Kennedy space center. This isn’t the case there are others- don’t make my mistake. There’s also no flex on check in times, I landed in Orlando in the am, and was told there was nothing they could do to get me into my room sooner, which would have understandable if my room was cleaned properly. But I waited over 5 hours and couldn’t cancel, and the room provided wasn’t even cleaned properly.

The property was extremely clean inside as well as exterior areas, easy parking with plenty of entrances to the building. Very quiet inside hallways as well as quiet rooms. Denny's restaurant adjoins the hotel for easy access.

Pros- convenient to Port Canaveral, 15 minute drive. The staff 5/5, kind and helpful. Bed sheets and room were clean. Cons-The hallways and rooms smell like mold. We could see mold in the bathroom, lamp shades, crevices in the bathroom, and even on the curtains. They was rust on the metal parts of the bathroom. The ceiling tiles in the room were sunken in. There was an ice machine, washer, and dryer that had signs that read: permanently out of order. This hotel made me question if there are health inspections performed of hotels. One 10 hour stay would be all I could see as being safe.

This hotel is not as advertized. One room had a leaking window. All rooms had bad smell. One room had leaks on the ceiling. We cancelled our reservation and left. The bad smell was overwhelming and not acceptable.

When I booked I thought it was the Ramada I guess they sold not long ago First of all the key system broke so every time we left we had to get someone to let us in. They they Jerry raked the main door so it opened automatically without the key, which made me feel unsafe overnight with it just being open, we get to the room. It stinks like cigarettes and perfume and mold. And there were cigarette burns in the comforter in a non-smoking room. The shower was busted. The hot tub was down Every piece of machinery I saw, had an out of service the washer, the dryer the ice machine Although I do give the manager credit for trying she did say she was new and I’m sure hasn’t had the time to fix up much This hotel is a one start and even that is too much

Was nervous because of precious reviews on this hotel but in all honesty it wasn’t that bad. Place did have a slight smell but it could have been worse.

I had to stay from 1/4-2/20 and NOT ONCE did they provide housekeeping. No bed making, no trash pickup, no new towels/washcloths/supplies, no changed bedding, NOTHING. I begged for clean towels etc and was told a few times they were out. I had to ask for toilet paper a couple times (we ran out)thank goodness they had it! I walked barefoot in my room the first night; YIKES! I had to wash my feet; they were black and gritty. I regretted using one of the wash cloths because it took me five days to get more. I wanted to wash my towels and my sheets because they didn’t, the whole time I was there, but their coin op washers and dyers were marked “permanently out of order.” The ice machines were marked “temporarily out of order” but they never were operational. Oh, don’t get me started about the smell… The key cards rarely worked and only 1/5 of the channels on the tv in our room worked-they all worked in a room across the hall. The smoke detector was gone in one room I stayed in and sparks came from the outlet when I plugged in my charger. The blow dryer in my second room didn’t work. Oh-when I went to front desk (no room phones to call them) to ask about housekeeping I was told to take any trash I might have out to the gray bins at the end of the hallway.The only positive things I can say are: the vending machines had decent drinks variety and snacks variety and they worked and the room fridge worked. Oh and I got to leave. Pass by this motel.

This place wreaks of mold, refrigerator was nasty bed has hair all over it and floor was an ice rink. I filed for a refund as the room was not up to standard it was nasty. I spoke to Expedia and they filed a refund on my behalf and said “we don’t do refunds per our policy” so said basically put to go screw myself. Don’t come within a mile of this place.

The place smelled of mold and in the room they gave me, there was black mold behind the toilet and sink. I had to open the window for fresh air. I asked to be moved to another room, but they said the place was booked solid. And they would not move my room.
