"Clean room and comfortable beds. Good hot breakfast. Good location. Only issue with stay was after coming down for breakfast, elevator was down for maintenance without any notice. My 91 year old parents had to do the stairs back up to the room and then down. I did a number of trips to bring down our belongings. Staff did offer to help but more notice should have been give and signs on all floors that elevator was down."

"This room was clean and perfect for a night's stay to watch a game at Cheney and not have to drive. Bathroom was clean, bed was clean, serviceable amenities, attentive front staff, quiet at night, and it was nice to park your car behind a gated area. Safer area of Tacoma, will definitely stay again. "
