Our stay was very nice. Short walks, amazing shops, restaurants and parks. The hotel is a tribute to the city from the art, the sounds to it’s design and decorations.
We asked for...and got...2 rooms in the Vivaldi building for a six night reservation. The building is on the Via del Corso...a main throughfare. But our rooms overlooked an interior courtyard and things were very quiet. Rooms were at the end of a corridor: 518 and 520.Front desk and the concierge ...
I asked the Concierge for directions from Autostrade A1. Nothing was sent and as a result we had a difficult time getting into the right part of Rome. On arrival (2pm) we were offered a double bed room when we specifically asked for twin beds. The bath was a bit ancient - no taps other than via shower ...
The hotel is very charming, quiet and our room was romantic with a small terrace. Room was comfortable and had small separate sitting area that made it a mini suite. Breakfast was delicious and Luca was such a lovely concierge!
The Hassler is an oasis of calm to come back to after a day of exploring the city. Every staff member goes above and beyond to help and make your stay memorable. Would definitely recommend the Hassler to anyone visiting Rome!
Excellent staff attentive (not overbearing) from reception through to doorman. Very comfortable well appointed room and with an excellent restaurant as an added bonus. Location nicely tucked away but short walking distance to Spanish Steps and shopping and a short ride to the main sites (of which ...
Boutique Centrale Relais is not a hotel. It consists of 4 rooms in an apartment building and has no facilities. Breakfast is ordered the evening before and delivered to the rooms by a concierge. There is a very limited choice, it was of average standard and no chance of a second cup of coffee, or ...
Spanish Steps area is very crowded and busy. This hotel is located right in the heart of this area BUT off on a side street in a very upscale art & furniture street. There is very little people traffic on this street making it perfect location. Once inside the property the main lobby and restaurant ...
We were greeted by the doorman who remembered our names and greeted us by name every time he saw us. The breakfast was great with so many choices. The wait staff was right there on the spot ready to help or get us anything we might need. The rooms although small were clean. The shower did leave a ...
We visited for a special wedding anniversary & the staff were very accommodating to our request for a change of room. The surroundings are pleasant & the hotel is well situated for accessibility to all the major attractions (we walked everywhere). The concierge booked us a restaurant for our last ...
this is my favorite hotel in rome . ive stayed like 5 times there and its always an amazing experience. this time i think part of the hotel was under renovation so some construction noise in the morning but ita minor. id defenitly stay there again in coming trips
We arrived late, but the concierge was waiting for us. Very nice breakfast. Small rooms but very cozy. Everything was on walking distance including the collisseum.
This hotel is a great choice for the price point. It is located in a charming corner of the Spagna neighbourhood. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean and kept well-maintained. Very good breakfast. We’ll definitely be staying here ...
Absolutely blown away by our extremely friendly and helpful concierge Rocco who was always prepared to help and provided us with great dining and day tour tips!! We felt really at home and we couldn't have asked for someone better than Rocco!! Grazie!!
Very lovely and sweet staff, very clean and big rooms, location amazing, close to everything, only small recommendation is to have elevator instead of stairs for big luggages. overall I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Everything was great, clean, spacious but.......we had a room over the very active street, very, very noisy. Great location, lots of activity all day and night. If you book this hotel, request a room other than over the street.
