"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. If I hadn't already paid for the room i would just have left. The angry receptionist really caught us by surprise, we have been...

"We enjoyed our 3 days trip in the country. A very extensive landscape. PS it's real countryside! Tiny village, only one restaurant (+ remakable gourmet hotel restaurant by Björn Swanson)"

"Absolute great restaurant."

"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."

"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...

"En perle. Ingen restauranter eller lign. I nærheden, så køb selv mad mv. Men bo på et 300 år gammelt slot. Lejlighederne er 50-75 m2. Slottet er istandsat og har en spændende historie. Meget overraskende på den positive måde. Kan klart anbefales - også i flere dage."

"The location was excellent for meeting up with our family. The walk to the centre of town was not far. We enjoyed our stay."

"It was just a stop on my way to Poland. But the support of the staff was excelent and the stay was very good."

"Very friendly staff and comfortable stay. "

"Very Nice Brew of Beer and good breakfast"
