Clean but small

Room was very clean. But very small. The noise from freeway comes right into room through the ac. Elevator is very small and very very slow. Three times on my visit hotel staff left the supply cart in front of it BLOCKING the path. Just rediculas.

Excellent! Right next to the freeway! Easy access to shopping, restaurants and hospital.

Nice hotel.

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Accommodations for handicapped persons should be improved.
Location: Family visit.
My only concern is that we were in a handicapped room. The first morning we were awoken by clanking and banging at 3:45 a.m. This went on until almost 8 a.m. At the front desk, I asked if they were working on pipes and were told no. I was offered a new room but decided to decline since we were only staying at the hotel a short time. I finally realized that the noise was coming from the kitchen as they were setting up for breakfast. Our room was back to back with the kitchen. My issue is that I had the option of changing rooms because I am not handicapped. A handicapped person, however, does not have that option. They need their room to be totally accessible. There is no excuse for these accommodations. If this is the only room, other options should be available for handicapped persons. I can't imagine needing special accommodations and having to put up with this.

Clean and Close

Room was clean. It's away from scary areas. Close to freeway for good and bad. Easy access to everything in sparks. A little noises from the freeway at night. Breakfast was good. Pool is small and no hot tub. Price was right.

Convenient location on the west side of Reno. Easy access to airport, freeway, and Reno attractions.

The room was fine , clean and spacious . I'm just not used to cigarette smoke indoors. The breakfast buffet was very nice .
