The property is clean and well appointed but is adjacent to I-80 and the corresponding road noise. On the plus side, it's close to shopping and restaurants should one have need of these places.

I've been staying in hotels on & off for almost 3 years now, either for work or while in the process of moving. This Best Western & it's staff in Sparks Nv is THE Best. I wish I could pack them up & take them w/ me. I mean the building, staff, room, everything. From before I checked in and called about a need for the room, to how clean the lobby, hallway, elevator, & the room are kept. Elevator? I get it, my background is all in the hospitality industry from GM of Hotels, to Owner/Operator of Restaurant/Bar my eyes are trained to see things maybe other s don't. When I got on the elevator & saw the clean, perfectly centered, Maintenance Certification(don't know exact term) that the elevator was kept up to date, My thought immediately was, Great Management here. Not only have they backed that up but I believe the staff goes over & above the expectation. Whether it was conversations w/ Nathan getting me from A to B & back so I could get my errands done, He is a true gentleman w/ "Class" as my Dad would say, or Maddie at the front desk who, Everytime she saw me & I mean every single time, she would give this great big smile & say "Hello Morgan" asking how I was doing. It started w/ the call before check in w/ the GM or Manager(Forget her name but she s Always here, leading the team during the morning/afternoon shifts)then the elevator, Nathan's driving, Maddies smiles, Rhonda making sure I had what I needed daily & w/ a smile, they make life easier for you. I appreciate YOU💜

Friendly staff, nice sized, clean (either new or refurbished) rooms, nice hot breakfast, free shuttle up to 3 miles. No real cons although minimal traffic noise from freeway Would definitely stay here again.

Easy in off the freeway, good parking, staff awesome, very clean, good breakfast with gluten free options. They even had a driver to take you to a restaurant of your choice within 3 miles of hotel. Nothing bad to say.

Nicely updated, pet friendly Best Western. It is located in an industrial area next to a petroleum storage facility so there really isn’t anywhere to walk or explore. Perfect for a one night stopover on a trip through Reno. Hotel has overnight security so we felt safe leaving our car with a Yakima cargo box on top. Would not have felt good about that if they did not have overnight security on the property.

My BW Sparks stay was amazing! Staff and room were truly excellent, unlike the Bishop BW which was the complete opposite.

Had to work a 12 hour shift and when I tried to check in at 11pm they told us we would have to wait at least an hour to be able to check us in because of some kind of auditing they were doing, completely un acceptable after a long days work.
