Nice, recently updated hotel.

Pros: Good location, recently updated, friendly staff.
Cons: Better pillows.
Location: Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
Hotel appeared to have been recently updated, was nice and clean and accommodated us wanting a higher floor. Hotel also allowed us to check in a couple hours early.

No heat

Only cold air from heating/cooling unit. Nothing was done when I reported it. Also had great meal at the Buffett, my first time. When I asked an attendant about how to get a beverage, she rudely told me to wait my turn, there are others ahead of you, I just wanted to know the procedure.

Pros: Convenient location to I-80 on our road trip.
Nice place to spend the night, and convenient stopover during road trip on I-80.

Needs Upgrading

Pros: The $12 Saturday breakfast at The Rotisserie, Check In & Check Out procedures
Cons: Fire everyone at Rosie's and hire competent staff. Provide 2 price options for Rotisserie's Sunday Buffet: with and without lunch option.
Location: Not much in walking distance - mostly construction and industrial outside. Stay inside to eat, drink, smoke, and gamble.
Single-pane windows let heat escape and freeway noise enter. No way to connect my PC to the TV. Rosie's Diner provided mediocre food and poor service. $20 Sunday breakfast at The Rotisserie. And..... I lost at the slots. Happy Hour appetizers at The Oyster Bar were too limited

Horrible experience, got my items stolen and there were cigarette buds on the floor. When talking to the hotel about our stolen items they brushed us off and send us to security and they brushed up to cops and that didn’t work because it would take the hotels participation in helping but they didn’t care. Make sure the doors work because if you push hard the door will open and that is how are stuff got stolen

Only issue was Mikala in accounting she or he was extremely rude no customer service skills. Even if you are not in a good mood when someone says goodmorning acknowledge it could not and did not even say have a nice day or bye...That person is definitely in the wrong line of work. Overall staff was great.

Cheap room

For the price the room was good. Bed was very comfortable. Do not eat at the buffet.the wife and I paid $30 each for the seafood buffet very limited selection we each filled 1 plate and could not eat it was the worst meal I have ever had .
