Breakfast can get crowded during 8am-9am but is really worth it. The price you pay for this hotel plus breakfast already is a huge plus. Being located around Hell’s kitchen is amazing too, so many great restaurants right around the block.

I used the guest laundry- which only takes quarters and you need to bring your own detergent/dryer sheets - but it was nice to not have to find a laundromat. There was a mini fridge in the room but it did not seem to keep anything cold enough. ...

The outside beauty is the best part of this hotel. The description says deep soaking tub. That was clearly a heavy fabrication. It was a regular tub with cracks in it. They have you pay extra for a view, when the view is the parking lot. And the curtain had a rip in it, causing it to start falling ...
