Hotel personnel were very helpful and professional. The gotel also has ahuttlesnto the airport and the train.

This hotel is in a great setting. Enjoyed sitting on the lakeside deck watching the float planes. The room was very comfortable. The hallway carpets could be cleaner. A very convenient location for access to the airport. I will definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect, the view of the lake was really nice. I like the lodge décor, not sure why some people left bad reviews.. The food was great and the service

Excellent comfortable bed. Good size room Clean towels every day. Staff SO obliging. Brilliant shuttle service

The property is old and in need of an update. The rooms were very dated. Our group we traveled with agreed that their website is a bit of an oversell and somewhat misleading.

Loved the property and the restaurant! Room was nice! We did receive a call to our room at 10;00pm the 1st night requesting our credit card number. I sent my husband to front desk and they said no one called!! This was disturbing and I’m glad i didn’t give out my info!

Loved the decor. Didn't like how far some of the rooms were from the lobby. Was traveling with someone with a walker and that made it tough.
