“The location is excellent for hiking at Johnston Canyon. There is a shortcut path leading to the trail at the back of the house. The bungalow is very well kept. Kitchen appliances are with famous brand and very clean. The two bedrooms are a bit small but cozy. The sofa-bed in the living room is a bonus to us as we’re travelling with friends and need separate beds. Very quiet environment with fresh air. Will stay again if we visit Banff next time.”

“The room was spacious, but it faced the main road, so it could be a little noisy if you slept with the windows open. There was a small kitchenette with a full set of utensils, which was convenient for preparing a simple breakfast. The bathroom had a walk-in shower only, with no bathtub. All the toiletries provided were from the Rocky brand. The hotel also offered a small swimming pool and a gym, although we did not use these facilities. We did use the sauna and steam room, but both facilities……

“The resort is generally nice, however, when we checked in after a long day of tour, the sofa bed was not made when we specified when we booked we have 4 guests. When we asked for the bed to be made, the housekeeping staff that came in was rude and unhelpful.
