"We stayed here for one night only because they didn't have any more days available. The room was super clean, comfortable, and everything was in order. We were happy to have a refrigerator and microwave. Check-in was easy. The location is excellent, and they have plenty of parking for all their guests. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect for use anytime from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. I don't remember the exact hours. They also offer a continental breakfast. Overall, we really liked this hotel; the price was reasonable considering it's summer. We will return here again next year. We were very happy with everything. Great customers service!!"

"The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable with soft linens and extra pillows, which made it easy to relax after a long day. I also appreciated the blackout curtains and how quiet the room was – I slept perfectly every night"

"We had 10 people ages 14-70 in our group and it was a great space for everyone. Check in was very easy and the host even let us in early the day we arrived as it was empty. This was so appreciated. There is a beach a short distance away and lots to do nearby. Lots of dishes and we weren't wanting for anything while we were there. "

"Beautiful property In an awesome complex. The host was very communicative and responsive. The amenities are fantastic for families. It’s a drive out of Kelowna for sure (about 40 mins on a winding road) but you have everything you need there. There’s a water park, pools, park and tennis etc. the condo was spacious and has a fantastic view. The only thing I would recommend is that - if you want to book a golf buggy from the strata office, do it sooner rather than later because they get booked up and they are really useful."

Frances and Martin were a pleasure to talk to and very accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and the washroom towels were plentiful. We would definitely stay here again in the future."

"Enjoyed our stay here! It was super relaxing. The only thing though was we found a mouse in our room the last day and maybe because we had take out in our room. This was bothersome but thankfully on our way to checking out. The complimentary breakfast was so good! Some of the staff were not friendly and seemed rushed with poor customer service skills but that’s more of a comfort thing for us. The beds were really uncomfortable and beautiful views from our room! We loved the tub near the window — it was so relaxing. They also provided us with complimentary bath salt which was a nice surprise. The amenities were great! The spa areas were so good — best spa I have been to. Not a lot of restaurants nearby so the food in the restaurant in the building was expensive and one down the hill from us at the other hotel. Only two walkable restaurants — otherwise have to drive into town (more of a preference thing). Lovely walk around with nice views and nature. Would recommend staying here! "

"This roomy beach front home is beautifully located right on Lake Okanagan. It is well-equipped with bedding, towels, dishes, glassware, kitchen appliances and deck and beach furniture. Everything was very clean. Our family had everything we needed for a comfortable, enjoyable 10-day stay."

"We had the absolute best time at the mystic lakeview escape! The place is amazing with the most beautiful view. It was peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We loved our morning tea with the view and the hot tub under the stars. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to BC "

"We had a great stay at this property! Check in and out was easy, and the location is ideal. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the nearby airport was not an issue for noise. Furniture and appliances were in good condition.We found the capacity to be misleading, the listing states it sleeps 14, but it more accurately will sleep 10."
