Wonderful!
Stipan is situated a few minutes' walk from a main taxi rank. It has all you need for a self-catering stay, fruit, veg and fresh meat are absolutely top quality! Local bars and cafes offer good value if you prefer. We use Split as a hub; you can take day excursions to the islands and visiting the Roman remains at Salona is a fantastic experience. Communication with property is simple with quick response times.

Nice, friendly place to stay
An easy stroll into main area of Split. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants close by. We were catching a ferry and, although on the opposite side of Split, even this is an easy walk of around 20mins

Nice apartment in a quiet residential area
Comfortable room which is hardly 5 minutes walk from all major attractions and 12 mins walk from the main bus station. Good value. Will certainly recommend for a short city stay. Good communication with the host prior to check in

Quiet base right in the heart of town
Great location for city centre, easy to find. Spotlessly clean, nice little offstreet patio. Lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble. Go to banccomat on your way for payment in locat currency

A lot of attention to detail in this apartment. I believe we were in suite No. 1. We had a washing machine! (did not use), fully functioning kitchen if we felt like cooking, with coffee and tea provided. Adapters were offered for charging, place had small table for eating, large wardrobe and of course the fridge. Lots of towels, beautiful art, even an English book to read if we were in the mood. Excellent location, literally 10 minutes easy walk to castle and old city. She kept our luggage after check-out for the day and was very helpful and friendly suggesting places for swimming.

This was not at all what I expected, it was in a rather run-down section of town and the Apartments on the condition of disrepair.

One night in Split
We needed somewhere to stay for one night in Split and this was perfect. It was in a great location and is a very good room for the price. I would recommend to anybody.

Nice hotel, convenient location
Only spent a short stay here as a bit of a stop over but staff were friendly and hotel was in great location. Would recomend.

Lovely studio apartment with a great location
This was a great value for money apartment. Having gone through the garden gate, we were greeted by the owner who immediately showed us to our room. The room was very clean, modern and had all the necessary facilities including free wi-fi, a kettle (with tea/coffee) and a fridge. It was located very close to the old town and everything is within walking distance. There was a space to relax outside the apartment as well. It was perfect for our two nights in Split. Highly recommended!

The host is wonderful! The cleanest place ever. Very accommodating. There is no cooking facilities for those needing to cook, but small fridg. Wonderful location.

Cosy little room in excellent location
So close to the city centre! In a nice area too. The room was very clean and had everything you'd need. Great little budget apartments, I'd recommend.

great hospitality
The apartment was centrally locate - quiet in the evening and night but close to the action. The room was very clean and the hotel owner was very accommodating, checking in to see if I was ok during my visit. She gave me great directions and suggestions on what to do and see. I would highly recommend this place to friends and fellow travellers

Confortable hidden place
very difficult to find even amongst locals. need a day or 2 to figure out it's easy from town. 15 min from ferry to Dubrovnick

great place to stay
Very convenient place close to the Riva and Diocletian's palace and everything. Maria was so nice and the room I got was nice and clean. WiFi worked. Small kitchen but it was all I needed. She had basic kitchen stuff available as well as salt, pepper cooking oil and things. It was perfect for me and my needs.

Comfortable hotel close to the sea
Overall very nice. it's not fansy and it's not modern, but comfortable. Owners were very nice. Within walking distance to the sea. Very noisy.

Good apartment. Nice Host
A good, clean apartment with a friendly owner. The location is opposite the bus and ferry stations, but it is still convenient for getting around Old Town Split.

Petit week-end
Très bon accueil (et de supers beignets maison déposés dans la chambre et que j'ai pu déguster à un retour de balade). La chambre est grande et agréable. Le coin cuisine est tout petit, vraiment pour un dépannage ou pour stocker un peu de nourriture. La salle de bain est propre, on note quand même une certaine humidité qui oblige à garder la fenêtre ouverte (elle est sécurisée donc pas un souci en soi). Le point qui m'a un peu gêné est là très mauvaise isolation sonore et lumineuse. On entend très bien la rue et les voisins, et la chambre reste illuminée la nuit par la lumière du dehors. Prévoir des protections auditives et un masque pour les yeux. À part ça, super séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé. À deux pas de la riva et du centre. Au top.

Enpä olisi oskonut tämän tason majoitusta tuolla hinnalla. Erittäi sydämmellinen vastaan otto. Erittäin siistit ja tomivat tilat ilmastointineen. En osaa muuta sanoa kuin että suosittelen lämpimästi. Schönes Apartment, nahe Altstadt, empfehlenswert!
Sehr schönes Apartment, sauber, mit TV, Wifi, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kochherd, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, WC/Dusche. Ideal gelegen, nahe von Altstadt und Hafen, auch der Marjan-Park ist schnell erreichbar. Das Apartment ist etwas ringhörig, ist aber nicht weiter störend, da es in einem ruhigen Quartier liegt. Sehr nette, herzliche Vermieterin, hat sich um mich gesorgt, als ich alleine wandern war und mir Gebäck vorbeigebracht. Ich wäre gerne noch länger geblieben!

À conseiller ! Bien situé !
Jolie chambre, avec petite cuisine attenante. Extrêmement bien situé. A 5 min à pieds du bord de mer et du palais de Docletien, à 10 minutes du port de ferry. Il y a absolument tout ce qui est nécessaire (produit de douche, machine à laver et lessive, etc.). La chambre était très propre, le lit agréable. Le seul inconvénient est que la chambre n'est pas bien insonorisée par rapport à l'extérieur, et qu'on entend pas mal les gens dans la rue. Mais cela reste très supportable puisqu'il s'agit d'une minuscule rue où seuls les piétons et une ou deux motos par nuit passent. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé pour dormir. Je conseille vraiment cette chambre !

Koselig liten leilighet som ligger i fin gåavstand til sentrum av Split. Mirja er superhyggelig og det var bare å ringe på hos henne om det var noe. Ca 15 min å gå til Bacvice, der utestedene og "ungdomsstrendene" er.

Voyage à Split en amoureux. Chambre sans prétention. Très petite mais propre. Chauffage dans la salle de bain. Des couvertures si besoin. L'attente à l'arrivée est un peu longue pour les formalités...mais vu le prix, je recommande

Zahvaljujem na Vašem komentaru.Uvijek je dobrodošao.Problem s ulaznim vratima ću pokušati popraviti,što je prilično teško jer se gosti stalno mijenjaju i nemamo vremena za to obaviti.Za slijedeću sezonu kupit ću nova ,dvostruka vrata.Nadam se da će i to pomoći da je manje bučno.

Accueil très chaleureux de la part de l'hôte, chambre parfaite et très belle terrasse en fleurs. Très bon emplacement, au coeur du quartier touristique. Bon rapport qualité-prix. 旧市街へはバスでの移動になるが、近くにスーパーもあり特に滞在には困らなかった。部屋は清潔で快適に過ごせた。

A tidy room with no frills
Room was clean, but it wasn't cozy. Just a tidy place to sleep.Tea and coffee were provided which is nice. Location is great: close enough to everything but hidden in a local neighbourhood.Just know that church bells are ringing every day at 7am.

I agree with you it is not too cosy but we try to keep it very clean as you noticed.In order to make it more comfortable I have bought new beds and I am expecting them in a week. Since many guests complained the fridge is too loud although I bought it last year I am going to buy a new one. I bought a coffee maker to make your stay more comfortable.There is air-conditioning and TV and a table to sit in the yard. Thank you for your review!Unfortunately I can,t stop the church bells ringing.
