The property was very clean and well kept. Loved having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The WiFi was useless, had to use my data instead. Felt uncomfortable, the surrounding area seemed unsafe and easily accessible to transients. People openly smoking marijuana in parking lot. Truly appreciate the free breakfast. Staff was polite but not what i would consider friendly.

Much better than I expected - I should give 5/5 if only consider the price I paid and the room condition; one of the great value budget hotel in Spokane I would say. The area around the hotel is the only downside

The front desk agent misgendered my son with her greeting. We were not alerted to the deposit that was added to my card at check in. I asked for an accommodation room and the agent implied it was due to my weight (I am overweight but also have a neurological condition that sometimes makes mobility an issue). I asked where I can smoke, knowing it was a non-smoking room. The agent got aggressive telling me not to smoke on the balcony or she would charge me $250. I didn’t ask if I could smoke there - I simply asked where I could smoke. The aggression was unwarranted. There was a very dirty sock left behind our curtains which made us feel like perhaps the level of attention to room cleaning wasn’t all that great, however the room did seem otherwise clean. At check out I alerted another front desk agent of my concerns and they were professional but, well, there’s nothing they could really do about it. I suggest some coaching to the front desk staff about gendered greetings and accommodation language choices. At the end of the day, it was a VERY affordable room and the waffle at the provided breakfast was delicious.

Great property, can be a little interesting to get there as its a one way - however wasnt terrible. Front desk staff were very helpful with my inquiries about parking for a concert. Room was clean and smelled super clean (a little to strong to me however i am very sensitive to scents) nice deck.

The area around the hotel felt somewhat unsafe so I wouldn’t recommend staying here with young children. Staff were also smoking right in front of the entrance and appeared to be under the influence when checking us in. Otherwise the rooms were extremely clean and well-kept and the price was very reasonable.

This property abuts next to the freeway (1-90) so it is noisy. It is located in what we would describe as a very "seedy" area, so we reluctant to walk anywhere in the area. We would not recommend this property to anyone. We have stayed other Baymont properties and this one would rate subpar in comparison.

Downtown area was somewhat run down to walk around, with vagrants visible. Would not venture out for a walk at night. Hotel was excellent, clean, friendly staff, and comfy bed. Good value for the price and lots of restaurants within walking distance
