Last hotel in town.

Bad customer service on arrival. Had to wait 10 minutes well desk clerk was making a personal visit at 1:30 a.m. Got the key code right on the third time. Was overcharged buy $52.80 on the deposit and then deposit was taken for no reason took over a week to get the money back in my bank account. Was never given a reason why I was charged 102.80 for the deposit or why the deposit was taken and a half. Only one of the staff ever apologized after dealing with about 3 or 4. When I asked the manager why I was overcharged and why it was taken,,,he just said I'll take care of it.☹️

Customer service was rude and not helpful

We got to the front desk she wasn't very nice she didn't even say hello she didn't even tell us where are our rooms where she was very short with her answers. Then in the morning when your taking a shower with hot water all of sudden it goes cold not the best feeling ever!

this was our first time at this hotel. I will stay there again. It was nice and comfy beds. The shuttle to and from the airport was great, and leaving our car there was reasonably priced. I

Great Hotel; Not So Great Parking

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Great restaurant and facilities!
Cons: Have your Park/Sleep/Fly customers park their cars in the outer reaches of your parking lot.
Location: The hotel is not close to anything other than the airport.
This is an excellent Holiday Inn. I have no complains about the inside of the hotel. The only slight problem is they have so many Park/Sleep/Fly customers that their parking lot is usually very full.

Excellent service, great airport location, clean!

This place exceeded our expectations. We stayed here at the end of our trip just to be close to the airport. The price was great. Rooms were very clean and it was evident it was either a newer property or had been recently remodeled. The best part was the service. We ate a dinner and breakfast there and our servers were phenomenal. Really relaxing end to our trip.

Quiet convenience

Clean quiet and quick trip to spokane airport. Recommend it if you have to fly in or out. This is the 5th airport hotel I've stayed at and it has been the quietest and cleanest.

Convenient airport hotel with reliable free shuttle to terminal. Friendly staff. Room was clean and very comfortable with room service available for weary travelers.

Cold staff

Staff was able to answer my questions, but did not greet me with a smile nor did they offer to do anything more for me to make my visit better. Hotel did not offer a complimentary breakfast.

One night crash

Pros: Very modern and clean.
Cons: I arrived as Spokane was having record low temps, the heat in the room was having difficulty keeping up, the room remained quite cold.

Just stayed one night so all I can say is it was clean and comfortable enough. The bed was quite firm, I'm not sure that I would have slept well had I not been completely exhausted from my flights.
