Great Hotel

Posted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: Close to restaurants and shopping center; access to the WIFI and a computer with printer
Cons: Maybe look into a better control of the pool's level of chemicals. Not a big deal for us, though.
Location: About 30 miles from Silverwood Theme Park
We stayed for 2 nights Aug 14-16. We were impressed by the services, the comfort of the room and how clean the hotel is. Armando at Reception was very helpful, in spite of the late check-in and the odd request (we were looking for a corkscrew after 11 pm :) but he still went looking for it) We enjoyed the breakfast: good coffee, bagels, waffles, etc.

Beautiful Hotel

Posted Aug 23, 2015
Pros: Remodel was great.
Cons: Breakfast was a little limited, could be better to match hotels half the price. Huge Biscuits and gravy fan, was not impressed, but not a restaurant
Location: Lots of shopping close. A ways out of the way from downtown Spokane
This hotel was beautiful, the remodel looked great. The area was not bad. Breakfast only thing that needs a face lift still.

Terrance was awesome! He knew exactly where we should eat and helped immediately when our AC wasn't quite working. He got it fixed right then! He made he experience seem personal and we just felt so comfortable at the hotel! It was very nice and spacious and soo comfortable! Definitely reccomend it!

Nice hotel and great staff!

Are stay was short for some school shopping and to relax after all the shopping. The room was clean and ready when we got there. Bed was very comfortable. Armando was at front and helped with questions we had about places to go while there. We're will stay again!

Clean and Nicely Staffed Hotel.

Posted Aug 17, 2015
This is a newly remodeled hotel so almost everything in it feels new and clean. Our room, a King, was gorgeous and felt very comfortable. There were even two tvs in the room, one in front of the bed and one in front of the sofa on the other side of the room. We checked in with Armando at the front desk and he was extremely nice and helpful at recommending places in the area to visit and eat. Because this hotel is located in North Spokane it was a little bit of a drive to downtown. Unless you want to be at the heart of downtown at all times, I did not find this distance to be an issue at all. The hotel is located right off a main road (never had problems with noise from traffic), which makes it very easy to travel to downtown. There are also numerous stores, restaurants, and coffee shops located along this street. Target was only a couple of blocks away which was great! A full breakfast was provided, though I wish there were alternative milk and yogurt options offered (almond, rice, etc.) for dairy free people. Overall, a fantastic hotel that I would definitely stay in again.

Great place to stay and close to everything!

Posted Aug 15, 2015
Pros: Great staff. Very welcoming!
Cons: Nothing. Great hotel!
Location: Out of the downtown but within driving distance. Since further north, quiet.
We stayed for only one night, but will definitely go back if in the area. North Spokane, new hotel, very clean, great beds, wonderful staff, nice in-door swimming pool, great breakfast, very quiet, and close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Pleasant stay. No problems.

Posted Aug 11, 2015
Pros: Friendly staff. Quiet--I did not hear the other rooms. The swimming pool is open 24/7. Free hot breakfast.
Cons: Add a garbage tin by the coffee bar.
Location: 6 miles north of downtown. I was there on business so no time to see the sights.
The receptionist 'Armando' was friendly and was clearly pleased with the hotel. He told me all about the remodel that had occurred 41 days prior to my checking in. The room was exceptionally spacious and bright. Many hotel rooms skimp on lighting, but here there are recessed lights in the ceiling that make the room bright.

clean and nice location

Posted Aug 9, 2015
Cons: Coffee was terrible.
We stayed here on the way back to Canada. Right on highway, close to shopping and restaurant. Looks like this hotel is brand new, everything clean and new. Little bit small space for breakfast but It was Saturday morning ,So understandable.

We stayed in this hotel in its previous incarnation and since La Quinta has taken it over and remodeled it, it is 1000% better. The staff were friendly and on the ball. It is well worth the stay.
