Up to two well behaved and potty trained dogs, at least one year old, are allowed with additional pet fee. This is a non smoking home. Violators will be fined a $400 cleaning fee. No marijuana, paraphernalia or illegal drug use allowed on the property. Violators must leave property immediately with no refunds. Undisclosed guests or pets will be fined $100 per extra guest/pet.
Exterior cameras are on site for security and compliance.
