It was a lovely historic hotel. The rooms were large with a nice sitting area. The walkability was wonderful. We loved everything about it.

As a historical landmark our facility does have a vintage feel. We pride ourselves on preserving the history, but we are making contemporary changes. We hope to get the chance to sever you again in the future. I would love to recommend our newly renovated Boutique or Master Suites. These may be more to your liking as they are very modern.

The rooms need repair. Paint is chipped. There are Holes in the bathroom where old fixtures were removed. Cabinets in bathrooms are old and need replaced. But the rooms were very clean!

The shower had a used and dirty washcloth left in it. My room was not ready at 4:00 like i was told. Dirt was visible behind the bedside table. The ice machine outside my room was loud.

The staff really made this property great (huge kudos to front desk manager Callin, who was helpful and accommodating). The property itself has an old charm, which I love. It was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The free wifi worked for my to be able to work from my hotel room.

The room we were booked in 1st night was a corner 4th floor road noise from traffic and late night road racing kept us awake until 2am then traffic resumed at 7 so 3hrs sleep both had earplugs in and it was still intolerable. next night they relocated us to the room next door with fan on high to drown out some road noise And earplugs it was still unacceptable got 6 hrs sleep. These rooms should not be rented at any price. we have had a good nights sleep in other off street rooms in the past.

The architecture of the facility is beautiful! However, the bathroom fixtures need updating. The toilet was super low, had a split seat and commercial flusher rather than residential type finishes. The air-conditioning was nonexistent. It was gorgeous outside and the coolest we could get the room was 77 degrees.

I would definitely return
Great location, quiet and pleasant facility with helpful staff. Did not get a chance to use the sport facilities, but I could see that being an added attraction. Did enjoy the smoothie bar though.

Good stay. Here for annual volleyball tournament. I misunderstood and thought a microwave would be in room. That was a challenge due to some health requirements /PT. It will factor in to future affect stay at Spokane Club. The coffee offered was regular and decaf. Wish both caffeinated and decaffeinated/herbal tea was available in room.

We are glad to see that had a good stay with us. As for your concerns regarding the microwave, we have a microwave available 24/7 to all guests. It is located in our third-floor Business Center. I hope this answers any questions.

We do have a connected garage that is available for hotel guests, but space is more limited and it doesn't have the same level of security as our detached garage. For that reason, we typically refer guests to the detached one. Please feel free to ask about parking in our "Athletic lot" if you are worried about walking. We hope this addresses your concerns and we hope to see you again.

Best part of the stay was the help and assistance from ANTON at front desk ... smart responsive courteous cheerful - HE IS THE BEST EXAMPLE ever of what a front desk person might be ... the BEST FACE of the SPOKANE CLUB ... Also in the 1910 restaurant we were served by ALYSSA ... who was engaging and fun and responsive and upbeat ... MADE our SUNDAY BRUNCH the best it could have been. WE LOVED THE SC and wish we had known of it earlier. (AND this doesnt even highlight the GREAT workout room where i rowed and worked out every day - SO DAMN GREAT! Thank you!!
