Doesn’t look at all like the pictures, you heard everything from your neighbors on either side, the floor above and the hallway. At 6:30am the person in the next room was talking and we could hear every word. The beds are so stiff. The tv didn’t work. The only nice thing about this place was the lady who worked the front desk overnight when we checked in.

The last night we stayed, it was like a wild herd of jr highschoolers came in and took over. Loud all night
The breakfast was also really sad.
Thats the only reason for the 2 rating.. the noise and bad breakfast.. otherwise staff was all nice!
This is my go to place to stay when i need a hotel in the area.
There has definitely been some updating done since my last stay, which is nice. However, the rooms, at least the one i was in could still use a few minor updates.
Room still had stuff on the countertops dried coffee on the TV stand food around the edges the room the room smelled like musky mildew had to turn off the heater and open the window to get fresh air because nobody could breathe while they were sleeping we woke up gasping for air and our noses were so stuffed my face broke out with a rash
Our stay was basic, but clean, quiet, and safe and within our budget. The night and morning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice and affordable. You can tell they updated the soft goods in the rooms, just need to update the building. Quiet for the most part and good place for the rate.
Staff was amazing and friendly the site is a little outdated and since Spokane has grown there is a homeless problem in Spokane so there was a homeless man hanging outside when we arrived
It was weird the pool and spa were in a different building.. I had to put warm clothes on to get to and from and if you like to swim and soak. What a pain. I had several run-ins with staff and was unpleasant every meeting. There were multiple hairs in shower gross..
Elevator broken. Confusing to get to because there is another motel next door right by the Super 8 sign. You have to share the pool with another hotel. Run down. Heater blew cold air for an hour before it started blowing warm air. Never blew hot air. Stayed at many Super 8 hotels this one is the worse. Especially when the hotel next door looks nicer and has the same price. Not impressed. Going to stay again I will stay at the Silver Stone next door.
Because the unusual pet policy which was NOT provided before booking, my whole holiday trip was ruined. Nowhere on the hotel's site nor on the posting on Expedia did the hotel disclose that pets could not be left unattended in the hotel room which meant I could not leave the hotel during my whole stay. I was unable join my family for Thanksgiving or do any other of my holiday plans over the 5 days as it was too cold to leave my pet in the car and I could not take him with me. The hotel was very inappropriate and rude in dealing with my concern and flat out did not care that I spent a significant amount of money on this trip all of which was wasted. They would not refund me my money so I could go elsewhere so I was stuck in a very uncomfortable hotelroom for my whole stay. The area was significantly run down and the hotel was dirty. They threatened to make me leave and charge me an additional $250 if I left my pet unattended. I could not even leave to go eat. I had to do curb-side pickup for Thanksgiving dinner. This was the worst management of a hotel I have ever come across. If you are going to require people stay with their pets the entire time and ruin their holiday then at least have the courtesy to inform them before they arrive so they can be aware of the requirements. I will never stay with a Super 8 ever again. I thought it was a reasonable price but by the time they added the daily pet fee of $15 each day I spent what I would have spent at The Ramada. NeverAgain
