I booked a suite for my daughters 15th birthday. My plan was to have friends over and then send all but 5 home, 30 minutes into my stay. The general manager said that there is no parties allowed and said i needed to send everyone home. I explained to her that was not in the policy no where. Bernannette reply was "well the policy doesn't say you cannot have exotic animals and you cant" I spent over $400 dollars on the holet, $150 on pizza and $75 on the cake and she wanted me to cancel it all. I am sorry, but that was un called for. I understand that their are restrictions but no where did I read that i was not following them. She explained the fire codes, which i understood. However the 10 people i had was not breaking any fire codes in the pool. All we wanted to do is eat pizza and cake in the room and she would not allow that. After, I walked away and took a breath. I explained to Bernadette that i had no way of getting these children home. The parents where supposed to come back and get them. Bernadette told me I had an hour to get everyone out. Not one time was she understanding and said for next time this is not our policy. I asked for a refund if i was to leave and she said no. I ended up getting everyone out that needed to with in two hours. But that is not what i paid for. The girls where suppose to swim until 9pm and get picked up. I would like a refund of some cert. This was a decent stay. I liked the breakfast, especially the sausage, which I am now craving (though you could add biscuits and gravy hint hint!). The only thing that was amiss was that the beds were among the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. I really liked that there were side doors that reduced the walk from the parking lot no matter where in the building your room was.

Really nice hotel
The hotel was great! Friendly staff, clean, and not a lot of traffic noise even though it was next to I90. The only reason I didn't give my stay 5 stars was due to really noisy guests above us and in the middle of the nighr coming down the hallway.

Staff are super helpful. Pillows and bed are heavenly. Clean. If I have to come to Spokane, I drive out of my 2ay to stay here in Spokane Valley.Oh and this hotel has a top notch breakfast, and the list goes on

We are so sorry for the confusion. This information seems to get missed by guests from time-to-time. Expedia's listing clearly states, "Sleeps 5" and "2 Queen Beds" and "Rollaway/Extra Beds (surcharge)" in the Room Information/ More Details/Bedroom section.

People were kid, affordable. The tv remote did not turn on a guide button. Which was frustrating. The bed was not comfy. Everything was very clean and well squared away.

Bathroom had powder on the floor and obviously the shower had not been cleaned. They immediately switched us to another room. 2 big long hairs in that shower also but we did not report it.
