Cockroaches

Room was okay, but has cockroaches. I was lying in bed and a cockroach came crawling out from behind a picture. Totally grossed me out. I told the desk staff and she was apologetic. I won't be staying there again.

Inland NW Tour

This hotel was our first and last reststop for our 10 day excusion across four states in the US. The first time at the start of our journey, it served us well. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast though very basic served its purpose. We had a plesant stay. On our return however, we were informed that our booking was not going to be what we expected. We had booked a non smoking queen bedroom. We also had confirmation and showed it. What we got was a dark musty smoking room which reaked of tobacco and immediately gave me a cough and headache just checking it out. We told them we could not sleep there. Though they profusely apologised and said they would clean the room. It would not help. Then after waiting quite awhile and no choice before us, we eecided to see how we could get iver the night in that room. We were already very tired after a very long drive from California. Then later, ee were told there was a cancellation and we got that room instead. While the stay was plesant we did not need the hassle. They said it was expedia's fault for messing it up. Really?

Inexpensive lodging

When I booked I was assigned a smoking room. I tried to change online but couldn't. When I checked in I requested a non smoking. Well definitely not non smoking. Put up with it for 2 nights. Overall the room looked tired and in need of some tlc. Free breakfast was okay. Will consider staying elsewhere next time in Spokane.

Smells of mildew or moisture. Seems very old. Location was ok and you can use the pool from the hotel next door. The included breakfast was decent. The overall condition of the hotel would stop me from staying again though as the smell made me very uncomfortable.

good value for the money

Hallway carpet is really gross. Needs to be replaced. Hotel is a bit tired but my room was clean and comfortable. The tub area was old. But I was happy to have the coffee and fridge in my room. Didn't like that the pool and hot tub were in a different hotel next door. As a single woman I didn't want to walk across the parking lot for the pool.

in terrible need of cleaning

Pros: the location
Cons: clean all carpets
I had stayed at this hotel years ago and chose it for location. the hallways smelled of cigarette. the carpets in the room was filthy. would not stay there again.

No more Super 8

Pros: Not much
Cons: Training for housekeeping.
Location: We did not stay to engage in nearby activities. We were on our way to the west coast.
Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. In fact, the garbage from the last guest was never emptied.

Floor was extremely dirty, didn't remove shoes while in room. Ibedspread was dingy, unsure when that was last cleaned. Left as soon as possible.
