“Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff are absolutely fabulous and made for a fun stay. The food was excellent and our room in the main lodge was very good with a comfy king bed. ”

“We stayed in a glamping site. Everything was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Thru have wireless phone charger in the room and fireplace in the glamping cabin which is nice. The shower room was a bit too small and not very clean though. ”

“You’re paying a premium to stay at this hotel. At over $800 a night, I expected a lot more, and unfortunately it didn’t deliver. Our room had visible water damage, baseboards coming off the wall, badly stained lampshades, holes in the wallpaper, and worn furniture. It was a single king room that was obviously converted from a double queen, and it felt very bare. There was no artwork, no extra seating or furniture, and none of the small touches I’d expect from a higher-end property like bottled……

“We extended a room for one more night on the second day of moving in and was charged right away, but on the original day of check-out we found our luggage and belongings are moved out of the room.”
