“Great location walking distance to attractions and downtown. Beautiful views from the front of the property. Host was very pleasant and easy to contact. Parking on site was convenient. Only complaint was the master bed needs to be replaced very uncomfortable to sleep on.”

While we have stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, this was the first time in this unit and at the South end of the community. The unit was clean and well appointed. We had a lovely weekend away.”

“We had the best stay at this condo! The location was perfect for me as I stayed here to run the Big Sur marathon. Beaches, the wharf, everything was only about 15 min from there. The property owner was extremely communicative with us and let us know everything we needed to in advance, and even gave great suggestions of things to do! They left some ice, snacks, and water for us, and even a sweet good luck note for my race! Would 1000% stay here again! Definitely check this place out!”

“This property is beautiful. It is nicely decorated and inviting. It was very clean and spacious. We had a really nice time with lovely ocean views. On a clear day, the sunset is spectacular, leading up to a star-filled night sky. The master suite was stunning. It was a quick walk to the beach, with very few people and good beachcombing. I would recommend Pelican 26 to anyone seeking a quiet, comfortable beach retreat!”

“was really nice get away for me and my spouse we arrived late the first night and the fire alarm battery was low we contacted them and they responded immediately which was really nice considering how late it was. i just felt awkward walking beside the main house because i think we scared the people staying in there since it was so late and they had all of the blinds open”

The home is located in the middle of Monterey and is inside a gated community, which makes it feel private and very safe. The house was incredible. It is fully stocked for long stays. “We had a lovely stay. The view is awesome; we had the beach to ourselves, and the spacious accommodations were clean and comfortable.A couple of items were in need of repair. The back slider didn't lock until we cleaned out the rust and got the latch to open and engage. There was no blind on the largest window in the primary bedroom which meant waking up with the sun and the knob was missing on the heater in the primary bathroom.I'd very much like to visit more often as it's a wonderful...

“The place was beautiful, although I didn’t realize it was not supposed to have dogs. So I had to leave my dog at my sister’s and I ended up staying with her a lot didn’t get to stay at the apartment as much as I wanted to, but it was a beautiful place and I would recommend it as long as you don’t have a pet.”

“Modern, clean, great location. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and bedding.Few items to note for future guests: 1. No toaster oven 2. Not many small kitchen items, such as salt/pepper, ziploc bags/wrap/aluminum foil; 3. No TV in either of the bedrooms 4. Could use one more sitting area/couch.”
