our room was by the back door at 10-11pm people were coming in and out and the door banging just kept us awake, we could not rest.

The only thing i didnt like was. In the photos of the hotel, one of the pics shows a beach and water. There is neither and it was very disappointing.

First room smelled like wet dog, second one smelled like someone was smoking in the room. The third room was decent. Pullout bed had hair all over it. Thankfully the staff at the front desk was wonderful and kind or we would have left. However, we will not stay at this hotel again in the future.

Loved this hotel!
My stay was amazing! Loved my room! It was clean and comfortable bed! It was very nice. Microwave, keurig coffee maker, and refrigerator. Also, the complimentary lemonade in lobby was really good! Staff at front desk very polite and no problems with check in or check out!

Where do I start. Well here we go, my entry was propped open. When i had the front desk check it out. She said that it was due to a recent cleaning. Mind you, we checked in at 10am at night. Then after i entered the room it was clear that it had not been cleaned. The trash was full, the toilet was dirty and hair was left in the shower and sink. I would give a 0 if i could!!!

Anakarina, the staff woman that checked me in, was professional and friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. You get a lot of noice from Commercial Way/19, but it’s a convenient route.

Fabulous Hotel
The staff and rooms were the best I have had in years. Clean rooms. Staff were happy to help you in any way. We travel on weekends 4 to 5 times ayear and the location here was great to get to everything easily.
