"Very clean and well maintained hotel. "

"The property was clean and well kept. Unfortunately, there was group of unruly guest. Being obnoxious and inconsiderate. Yelling and talking til 3am. I called the front desk numerous times and it was to no avail. The noise continued, i found a number another agent and Instead of fixing the problem he suggested that I leave the hotel with my elderly mom at 2am. It was quite and experience, especially after having a late flight and getting to the room late. We didnt rest at all that night. Subsequent nights were better, but we were not told that there was a list to clean the room. Evidently we missed our day and no one clean our room, took out the trash or changed the sheets. It was really terrible experience. The only that saved it was the friendly staff and the fact that waffle house was next store. Also, the pool lookwd gross. "

"The room was very clean, spacious, well maintained. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and felt very safe. "

"This property at first glance looks well put together. However, there were people lurking in the parking lot, someone left a soda can in the elevator and the hallway to my room was dim. When I entered the room, the door looked like it needed to be replaced, it was a great size but the carpet smelled, the kitchen area looked sketchy and quite frankly I was not about to lay on that bed. I would recommend taking out the carpet and tiling the room, a fresh coat of paint and change the front door. If you’re gonna charge people over $100 a night, it should probably be worth the money. Thank you to the staff for being so polite despite the conditions. "

"This was my second time staying there and I feel like they could not keep up with breakfast. There was a big crowd in there, and the pans were constantly empty; in turn, made the staff really frazzled. "

"Possibly my best VRBO experience to date. Very responsive owner, clean, well taken care, lots of space, quiet area, close to plenty of places for essential needs. No funny smells, couch was cozy, great bed pillows, lots of board games. "

"Marlena was an amazing host, she was very attentive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The property was clean and had all the accommodations that I needed for my two week stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood and tucked away off the main road. Accessing Bragg at any time was an ease. I definitely recommend this place!"
