Hotel was nice, recently renovated. Looks good.

Overall the room was nice. There was a stand up shower and for a hotel it was a spacious shower. Free Breakfast and it was good.

Key cards

We checked in Friday night and attempted to go to the room but the key cards didn't work for the outside door. This was an issue the entire stay we had to get our keys programmed 7 times. During this issue security escorted my husband to the room to "prove he was staying there" ... unacceptable. Front desk workers could not problem solve and blamed the manager for everything. I ended up having to call the managers cell phone on her day off because the front desk couldn't resolve the issue. She was helpful and apologized just wish we could have talked face to face. She did upgrade us to the suite however we continued to have the same issue with the key card. For the money I paid the continued issue is a concern. We visit the area often and this was not a pleasant experience.

Nice stay. They opened the pool rather late that day. But all over decent stay. Not a 5 star but its good for what you need.

It was a good stay only problem was a water was left in the refrigerator which makes me think they don't clean them out after each stay

82nd ABN Review Reunion

Check in and out was very quick and convenient. The room was a good size, bed was comfortable. The lobby was very clean, but the rooms and hallways could use some TLC. Breakfast was ok, not bad for complimentary. Some negatives: Pool was not in service, ice machine on the second floor did not work, water bubbler in exercise room was empty and the exercise room equipment needs replaced, very old and outdated. Overall the hotel wasn't bad, staff was very friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, this time, this was the worst. I stayed there because it is close to relatives that I visit in Fayettville. The room smelled of "foot odor", the rug was dirty and the breakfast was the worst ever. This was my last stay there, the staff smokes at the entrance to the building and the smell is awful. I am a retired disabled US Marine and this visit was unsatisfactory. The front desk on check in was the greatest after her it went down hill..
