would never stay there again. this is a party center for thugs. people were still hanging out partying at 5 am. the rooms were old and smelly and dirty.

Nice outside, old inside

The room was little,old. Carpet old. Couldn't reach airconditioner. It was way to high. Door didn't lock. Floor squeaked loudly. Just not what i expected for the money.

Old hotel, cockroach crawling across floor, room smell very unpleasant, bed not comfortable, bathroom and room amenities good. Could hear all parking lot conversation (even the 3:00 am argument that went on for an hour) and every time room upstairs flushed. AC heat worked well but was very noisy. If all you want is a place to crash for one night, it’ll do in a pinch, but I’d try elsewhere first.

Decent cheap hotel

Room was decent, clean except for bottom of toilet on the outside. Kinda noisy guests.Stayed 3 days

Can probably pay by the hour

First thing when we pull in, Springfield police are there. Hotel staff were very rude when we asked what was going on. Found a pill on the nightstand from the previous occupants. Not a very clean or comfortable place.

I am extremely sorry that you and your family felt unsafe at our property. I can assure you that the police that you saw on arrival were just reporting to a very small altercation that posed no threat to the well being of our guests. We ,at the Battlefield Inn, always strive for a safe environment so that our guest can have a comfortable stay. I understand that we failed you in that objective and we will see to it that changes are to be made moving forward.

Not Happy!

We had a problem with the refrigerator freezing everything! I got the owner to fix the problem and he said he would but he didn't! All our soft drinks got frozen plus the food we had in the refrigerator.
